Antique vintage mid century art deco METAMEC mantle clock brass eye Kienzle time

Retro battery powered clock from the 1960s designed in the form of an eye. Has a machine age/spaceage feel to it, the clock ticks along nicely and keeps good time.

The clock is made from brass and the case is a fabulous deep marbled green lucite material. Markings on the back read:

"Junghans Quartz W757 Made in Germany".

  1. I have an eye clock suspended from steel wires on a steel tubular frame, stands about 6'6" all. I was told it was designed by max bill during the post modern era, or memphis era. the same clock appears in an italian film, entitled "everybody's fine", starring marcello masroianni ( his last film), I been trying to find more information about this item, can you steer me to a source? it s a jungians clock, or movement, W738, thank you
